For security reasons, deleting your account cannot be completed through a web page. To ensure the safety of your personal information, we require that account deletions are done directly through the mobile application. This process allows us to verify that the person requesting the deletion is the rightful owner of the account.
If you wish to delete your account, please follow the instructions below. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, all your information will be lost, and you will not be able to recover your account.
How to Delete Your Account:
Ensure you have the app installed: Account deletion can only be performed through the mobile application. Make sure you have the app installed on your device.
Log in to your account: You need to be logged in to the account you wish to delete. Make sure you have your mobile number associated with the account ready.
Navigate to your profile page: Once logged in, go to your profile page within the app.
Find the "Delete My Account" button: On your profile page, locate and tap on the "Delete My Account" button.
Confirm your mobile number: Enter your mobile number when prompted. This is to confirm that you wish to proceed with deleting your account.
Complete the process: Click on the "Delete My Account" button to permanently delete your account.
Important:
Once your account is deleted, all your information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
This action is irreversible, and you will not be able to undo this step.
